Maurice M. Glazer has been a financial advisor for over 40 years. He has been a featured speaker at medical associations in Illinois, Texas, Oklahoma and hospital organizations throughout the U.S., including Baylor and Methodist, covering topics on Qualified Plans and on Creating Your Net Worth. Mr. Glazer has written many articles and publications and has appeared on Syndicated TV and many local broadcasts.

David Glazer is President and Chief Operating Officer of Glazer Financial Network, GFN Capital Management, Doctors Resource Services, The Pension Specialists and Glazer Property & Casualty. David has over twenty years of experience as COO in managing the GFN properties while maintaining a strong portfolio for his personal clients.

Leigh Goldblatt works with Business Owners and Private Clients primarily focusing on developing retirement plans, retirement planning and business consulting (strategy, tactics, and tax). These broad areas encompass both Pension Plan Design and Wealth Management. His professional licenses include the FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and General Lines Insurance Agent. Leigh serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for GFN Capital Management. He maintains the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) and Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) designations to stay current with developments in retirement income planning and retirement plans. Leigh has over twenty years’ experience in the financial services industry and is passionate about serving his clients with excellence.

Brandon Moore works with high net worth clients to establish and maintain retirement goals. He has over 10 years of experience in the industry. He married in 2003 to his wife Janie and they have identical twin girls Mimi & Keeley. Series 7 & 66.

Frank Precht has more than thirty years experience working closely with a variety of small and large corporations including physicians and those in the health care industry. He provides dedicated service to clients by managing areas of focus in group and individual benefits including: health, dental, vision & life insurance, long term care, disability insurance, investments, annuities and money management. Frank is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University. He is married to his wife, Serena, with two children, Natalie and Dillon.

Jodi Glazer joined the Glazer Group back in 2005 as the receptionist and later became the Office Manager handling our payroll, bookkeeping, and in-house HR needs. She has worked as our Pension Coordinator for the past 15 years and is responsible for gathering pension data for all our plans annually. She is now our VP of Sales and Marketing. She prides herself on educating our new clients and helping make their on-boarding process go as smoothly as possible. Jodi currently resides in Plano, TX. She is happily married to her husband, David Glazer and obsessed with her son, Jack. She is a huge Dallas Mavericks fan and enjoys traveling to new places.

Garry Schierling has been employed as tax consultant and advisor with Glazer Financial Network since 2002. Mr. Schierling has been a tax preparer, tax consultant & manager for over 22 years in the US and in public practice in Canada for 18 years; providing tax solutions for individuals and the small to medium business. As an EA, he also represents taxpayers at the IRS resolving tax issues. Garry obtained his Enrolled Agent designation in 2002 (US), and is also a Canadian CGA (CPA).

Mindy New has over 20 years of bookkeeping and tax experience. Mindy has worked with a broad range of industries, specializing in the medical field with medical management experience. Key Strengths are complex bookkeeping cases, tax strategies and IRS representation.

Roxanne joined the Glazer team in 2005 and has been in the tax and accounting industry since 2000. She specializes in preparing individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns. She reviews and assists with journal entries, general ledger accounts/transactions and balance sheet reconciliation. She earned her Master's Degree in Accounting and Information Management from the University of Texas at Dallas. Roxanne enjoys watching football and basketball and enjoys spending time with her daughter Elle and husband Mike.

Teresa has been part of the Glazer Team since 2008 and has been in the tax industry since 1998. She is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent. She has earned extensive experience in tax advice, tax preparation, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation for individuals, partnerships, corporations and non-profit organizations. Teresa is also proficient in tax matters for Americans living abroad, including additional filing requirements and tax compliance for Americans with foreign bank accounts and foreign entities. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking for her 2 children and husband, as well as, watching hockey (particularly the Dallas Stars). She is also fluent in Russian, a tea connoisseur with a collection of more than 70 different types of tea, and a whiz at Words With Friends.

Xuan Thanh Nguyen earned her Bachelor's Degree in both Accounting & Finance with honors from California State University, Fullerton. Xuan was in a private CPA firm in California for over 5 years before joining our Glazer Group in July 2013. Xuan specializes in preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

Albina is a native of Russia. After attending the Foreign Language Institute in Omsk she relocated to the United States in 2004. She began her career in accounting industry in 2007. She joined the Glazer team in 2015 and is very experienced in bookkeeping, accounting and in tax preparation. She has extensive experience in preparing individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns. She loves spending time with her son, going out with friends and really enjoys SHOPPING!

Tony Field is a tax preparer with 10 years of experience in public accounting with a specialized area of practice in pass-through entity and corporate tax returns and tax planning. Tony also assists in accounting for client entities. He earned his Master's Degree in Taxation from the University of North Texas. Tony enjoys spending time with his dogs and going on road trips with no set destination..

Peggy Chien has been a tax preparer since 2006. She has extensive experience in preparing individual, partnership and corporate tax returns. She prepares bookkeeping and financial statements as well. She obtained her CPA license in 2008. She enjoys watching baseball and basketball games and she loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Belinda joined the Glazer team in 2010. She has worked in accounting and CPA firms since 1989. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 6 children and 8 grandchildren. She also enjoys baking, watching NFL football, the Texas Rangers and playing poker.

Lynn joined Glazer Property & Casualty in December 2011 as a General Lines Insurance Advisor after being a client of the firm for over 30 years. He has over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry helping families and businesses with their insurance needs. Lynn currently resides in Dallas, TX with his wife Margie Benedetto. He graduated from Bishop Lynch High School and afterward attended SMU where he received his Bachelors in Business Administration.

Jessica joined Glazer Property & Casualty in August 2011. She is a licensed General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance Agent and manages our insurance department. She specializes in auto, home, landlord, and business insurance. Jessica’s promise to her clients is to provide excellent customer service before, during, and after purchasing a policy with her. She received the Foremost Landlord and Rental Property Insurance Specialist Designation, and the Foremost Manufactured Home Insurance Specialist Designation in 2017. She currently resides in Little Elm, TX with her husband, two sons, and Goldendoodle. She is the team captain for Team Kayla with the American Lung Association, organizes the food and toy drives for the office, and co-founded/moderates the Facebook group “Working Moms of North Texas.”

John officially joined the Glazer Team in June 2018 after interning here throughout his college years. He attended Oklahoma State University and received his Bachelors in Finance. John is licensed for General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance and studying for his Series 66. He enjoys offering better coverage, better customer service, and saving his clients money. He enjoys watching all type of sports and is a Dallas Mavericks fan!

Jean Nichole was our tax and accounting coordinator for many years. She is now a tax preparer with over 15 years of experience in the tax industry. She specializes in Self-Employed tax returns, as well as Texas Franchise reporting and Secretary of State filings. Jean enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and friends.

Alexi joined the Glazer Team in 2021. She handles the transmission of all federal and state tax returns, foreign reports, and extensions to the Internal Revenue Service. She provides clients with tax documents and communicates with clients to get tax documents in the office when required. She assists in all departments with administrative duties and is ready to take on whatever task comes her way. Alexi graduated from University of North Texas with a bachelor’s in criminal justice & psychology. She enjoys attending Dallas Mavericks games and traveling with her boyfriend, Owen.

Matthew Frank has worked as a Tax Preparer since 2009 and joined the Glazer team in 2023. He has experience in preparing individual and entity tax returns. He maintains his IRS AFSP credential each year. Matthew earned a bachelor’s degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He enjoys spending time with his wife and grandchildren.

Kaylee started out as a receptionist for Glazer in 2009. She worked in the pension, insurance and investment departments with us before discovering a love for bookkeeping. She’s proficient in QuickBooks Online and enjoys educating our new clients on it. Kaylee’s passionate about animals and loves spending time with her 2 dogs. She’s also a fan of the Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers.

Terri has been in the tax and accounting field since 1990. She joined the Glazer team in 2022 when she moved from her home State of Colorado. She has experience in tax preparation, accounting, payroll & reporting, interstate truck licensing & reporting and Sage & QuickBooks software support. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, golfing, and working in the yard.

Leena relocated from Dubai to US in 2016. She joined the Glazer team in 2023. She has experience in bookkeeping and accounting. She loves spending time with her family.

Amber joined the Glazer team in 2021. She specializes in financial statement preparation and excels in all matters pertaining to Texas Sales Tax Reporting. She handles sales tax audits, penalty waiver requests, and sales tax reporting and/or training. She also specializes in Client Training in QuickBooks and Sales Tax Reporting. She loves her Shih-Tzu “Puddles”, riding horses, 4 wheeling, and hanging out with her friends.

Brittany joined Glazer Property & Casualty in November 2023. As the account manager, she is responsible for renewal quoting, account management, support, and service for our insurance agents & clients. Brittany enjoys spending time with her daughter, fitness, and watching the Dallas Cowboys.

Saba has started her journey in accounting in 2015.She joined the Glazer team in 2024. She has experience in tax preparation, payroll, and bookkeeping. Outside the world of numbers, Saba finds joy in watching movies and long walks.
